Richie Incognito out for season and could retire after having surgery
Raider Nation is going to bed with heavy hearts this week. It was announced via teleconference press event that Richie Incognito is officially out for the season. The man was supposed to be a part of the Raiders' heavy investment in the team's future, and the organization even coaxed him out of retirement with a two-year, $6 million deal.
Unfortunately for Incognito, he suffered an Achilles injury in week two against the New Orleans Saints and has been on injury reserve ever since. The former Dolphins player reportedly received career-ending surgery sometime in the last few weeks.
