The Uncommons is a new up-and-coming area in Las Vegas.

Uncommons
The Uncommons is a new up-and-coming area of apartments, office spaces, restaurants, shops, a salon, a barbershop, and other lifestyle amenities. This complex is a new style of multi-use living. While there are apartment and office buildings, you don’t have to live or work here to enjoy all that the Uncommons has to offer.
Restaurants
The Uncommons will soon be home to several restaurants. The list includes familiar favorites like Salt & Straw Ice Cream, Urth Caffé, and The Coffee Class. Other restaurants will include Italian restaurant Amari, General Admission sports lounge, Japanese restaurant GYU+, J. Blanco Mexican Steakhouse, and Mercadito, a neighborhood bodega that sells sandwiches, coffee, and some grocery items. Specialties like Teaspoon boba shop, SunLife Organics juice bar and superfood bowls, and Todo Bien tequila bar will also set up shop here.

Shops
In addition to restaurants, there will also be a few other shops and lifestyle amenities here. Some places to keep an eye out for are The Kingsman barbershop and Capelli Salon. The Uncommons will also feature a fitness center and movie theater.
Several local and visiting artists have created pieces and murals that will live throughout the campus of the Uncommons.

Events
Soon the new community will be hosting an event to share more about the project called UnCommon Conversations. Make sure to keep checking back on their website for when they announce the date and for more details.
Location
The Uncommons is located right off of the 215 freeway, near Durango and Sunset at 6880 Helen Toland Street, Las Vegas, NV 89113.
