Border Grill Mandalay Bay

The eatery has a special weekend brunch from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

CAPRI Pool Restaurant & Bar

CAPRI Pool Restaurant & Bar overlooks the pool deck at the Palazzo. The restaurant serves a poolside brunch, with the brunch menu featuring the Tropical Aҫai Bowl, a signature culinary offering of the place. You can also order a Caesar Salad, Capri Omelet, Angus Beef burger, and handcrafted sushi burritos.

The ambiance is soothing with a coastal flair.
