New Restaurants in Las Vegas (July 2022)

Every foodie should try these recent additions to the Las Vegas restaurant scene.

1 Jack Binion’s Steak

This is a new steakhouse at Bally’s bringing delicious steak cuts to the table. You can visit anytime between 5 and 10:30 pm to sample their menu. One of their best sellers and signature menu items is the prime rib, but there are other delicious dishes and desserts to choose from. Jack Binion’s Steak is named after the son of Benny Binion, who originally owned the Horseshoe Club.

2 Top Round

The restaurant has its origin in Los Angeles but has made its debut in Las Vegas at the Park. You can find your favorite fast-casual American meals, including sandwiches, fries, and hotdogs. Top Round uses fresh ingredients and excellent culinary skills to ensure the food is flavourful and appealing to diners.

3 Crossroads Kitchen

The Las Vegas Strip now has its first fully vegan eatery. Crossroads recently opened at Resorts World, serving delicious plant-based foods to all. Finally, vegans can walk into a restaurant and order any menu item without worry. The strategic location attracts many diners. They also have a quick service outpost where you can quickly grab a vegan burger. The menu is versatile, comprising options such as pizza and pasta.

4 Gabi Boutique Donut and Pastry

The establishment is not new to Las Vegas, as the Chinatown location is popular, serving hearty baked goods to guests. Gabi Boutique has opened a new location in Henderson where you can grab delicious Mochi doughnuts and other treats. The pastries and doughnuts have the same quality, flavor, and affordability as the Chinatown location, even though the one in Henderson occupies a smaller space. You can visit any day of the week between 7 am and 7 pm to enjoy your favorite treats from this spot.

5 Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade

You can grab your favorite refreshing drinks from Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade, which is opening three new outlets.  The freshly pressed lemonade and Lava Flow, which is a pina colada, are popular menu offerings, but they also have smoothies, acai bowls, and light bites. One outlet is at  Sunset Henderson, and the other two locations are in Las Vegas (near I-15 and at Town Square). You can now conveniently cool off from the summer heat by getting a drink at any of these locations.
