Love Cronuts? Second Shop By Beloved Pastry Chef Coming to Las Vegas

We’ve all heard of the Cronut. If you’re lucky, maybe you’ve even tried one.

In October 2022, Cronut originator and famed pâtissier Dominique Ansel brought his creation to Las Vegas with a new Dominique Ansel Bakery at Caesars Palace. Two years later, he’s opening a second spot at Paris Las Vegas.

It’s perfect, considering Ansel’s French roots and Parisian-style baking. The latest Dominique Ansel Bakery will offer croissants, Cronuts, pastries, crêpes, and other treats you might find in a classic boulangerie. On the savory side, rotisserie chicken is the highlight.

“I’ve always loved the open-air markets that often pop up throughout Paris, where you can find the best and freshest foods. These outdoor markets inspired us to create a brand-new concept at Paris Las Vegas,” said Ansel. “There will be plenty of café seating that’s perfect for people-watching with a cup of coffee, just like on the sidewalks of France.”

The new Cronut bakery will open in Fall 2024 at Paris Las Vegas.
