The Green Street Test Kitchen is located at the Palms Casino resort and is hosting some pop-ups this summer. Every Friday and Saturday night from early June, chefs have provided an exciting food lineup with different cuisines for this test kitchen.

The organizer Jolene Mannina says that one of the reasons behind the pop-up idea was to support local chefs.

This is another project by Jolene Mannina that started during the pandemic. The idea behind Vegas Test Kitchen was to have a creative space where local chefs could express themselves using their culinary skills. It has a permanent location Downtown where there is a new rotation of chefs showcasing their dishes at the weekly pop-up each week.

The events attract food establishments, including pizza outlets, bakeries, vegan eateries, and larger restaurants. The showcase sometimes includes new menu items that the chefs wish to introduce. Irrespective of what event you attend, you will find exciting dishes, snacks, and desserts to sample.

Vegan Wonderland

On 30th July, all roads lead to Vegan Wonderland, a spectacular pop-up event scheduled for the night. It will have many vendors with vegan products and other exciting activities such as tarot card reading. The event organizer is Chef William Henry, who will also have some of his specials available during the night market. For example, hearty bacon cheeseburgers and more.

There is no admission fee for the event, and all are welcome. Guests will be entertained with live music, drum circles, and more. There will also be a burger and fries cook-off between several participants. It is a fun event ideal for the whole family.

Pine Dining

Pine Dining has summer pop-up events running until August 14. The pop-up is at what was previously Mt. Charleston Lodge, with many local participating chefs. You can grab a ticket online and enjoy offerings by the city’s chefs, including Dan Coughlin, James Trees, Sam Marvin, and others. Like other Las Vegas food pop-ups, it is an excellent opportunity to network with food enthusiasts as you enjoy delicious meals from the various participating chefs.
