Have You Heard About These New Vegas Restaurants?

Early this year, Sin City welcomed a variety of new and exciting restaurants. At the top of the list were a Netflix-themed eatery, a restaurant owned by a Michelin-starred chef, and a champagne bar in Chinatown. Where do you want to eat?

1. Audio Bar

Location: 1020 S. 1st Street (Arts District)

Dish we’re excited to try: Vietnamese Pho Pizza, $23

Audio Bar Las Vegas

Audio Bar is a vibrant new bar and restaurant in Las Vegas designed for music lovers. Created by Vincent Do, a veteran of the rave scene, this venue promises an eclectic nightlife experience with DJs spinning tunes until dawn.

During the day, guests can enjoy a creative cocktail menu alongside classic bar snacks like pizza, wings, and nachos. One standout drink is the $11 “99 Problems,” a delightful cocktail made with White Claw Pineapple Vodka, strawberry, tangerine, lime, soda, and garnished with an orange wheel or cherry.

2. Hot Noods

Location: The El Cortez

Dish we’re excited to try: Pork Chashu Bowl, $14

at Hot Noods

Do you love dumplings and a variety of flavorful comfort foods? If so, check out Hot Noods, an authentic fast-casual eatery that brings bold Asian flavors to downtown Las Vegas. This family-owned restaurant is a creation of the team behind Chinglish Wine Bar. You can expect sizzling noodles and delicious drinks in a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. We can’t wait to try the Pork Chashu Bowl. Another must-try dish is Poh Poh’s Chicken Dumplings, which are filled with chicken, pork, or vegetables with mushrooms and chives.

3. Le Club by Partage

Location: 3839 Spring Mountain Rd (Chinatown)

Dish we’re excited to try: 5-course dinner, $115

at Le Club by Partage

Le Club by Partage is a new French-inspired Champagne bar serving over 80 varieties of Champagne and expertly crafted cocktails. Guests can pair their drinks with delicious savory bites from a menu of modern French dishes. Nothing’s a la carte, however, you’ll have to choose from one of their tasting menus. One standout is the Oxtail Croque Monsieur, a rich and decadent take on the classic sandwich. Enjoy this dish in a laid-back atmosphere as you sample the full-tasting menu.

4. Netflix Bites

Location: MGM Grand

Dish we’re excited to try: Red Bite, Green Bite, $26

at Netflix Bites

On February 11, 2025, Netflix Bites officially opened inside MGM Grand. The high-energy restaurant brings popular shows to life through a themed dining experience. Guests can choose interactive dishes and drinks inspired by Netflix originals. For brunch, try the Big Mouthed Breakfast Burritos; for appetizers, enjoy the “Gorgeous Ladies” Disco Fries; for lunch, there’s the Who’s The Chicken Now? Sandwich; and for dinner, try the Red Bite, Green Bite inspired by Squid Game. When it comes to drinks, I recommend the Stranger Things “Mind Flayer,” which glows with neon ice cubes and features a cotton candy cloud. It’s perfect for fans of the show.

5. Stubborn Seed

Location: Resorts World

Dish we’re excited to try: Crunchy Truffle Bravas, $19

at Stubborn Seed

Stubborn Seed, a Michelin-starred modern American restaurant, has officially arrived in Las Vegas. This Miami-born concept has received a Michelin star for three consecutive years and is led by Jeremy Ford, the winner of Top Chef Season 13 and a James Beard Award semi-finalist.

Now, Stubborn Seed brings its tasting menus to Resorts World, highlighting interesting dishes like the Crunchy Truffle Bravas and Sake & Citrus Cured Japanese Yellowtail. The yellowtail features chili ferment, crispy tapioca, compressed Asian pear, and passion fruit buttermilk emulsion.
