Du-Par’s Restaurant & Bakery at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino has delicious buttermilk hotcakes, French toast, pancakes, and eggs. Their corned beef hash arrives hot with crispy edges. And their homemade soups and gravies are prepared the old fashion way, 24/7. 

5. Black & Blue Diner

If you’re near the world-famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign, look out for Black & Blue Diner two miles ahead. The old-fashioned American diner serves vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Its menu includes generous portions of familiar comfort food and desserts like scrambled eggs, breakfast bowls, omelets, waffles, sandwiches, and pancakes. Yet, it is their French toast covered in powdered sugar that most visitors remember and return for time and again. The meals are served in signature black booths with blue LED lighting.
