The Dorsey Cocktail Bar

If you’re tired of the same old drinks at the normal bar scene and are looking for a different kind of cocktail experience, check out The Dorsey.

The Dorsey at the Venetian is a classy and laid-back cocktail bar and lounge inside the casino. It’s intimate and cozy, with plenty of places to sit. This is a great spot for drinks before or after dinner. They specialize in mixology and have a large menu of craft cocktails and shots to back up their reputation. The Dorsey was even voted the Best Bar in Las Vegas by Condé Nast Traveler

Menu

This menu has something that fits everyone’s taste. You can find cocktails made with rum, whiskey, bourbon, scotch, vodka, tequila, mezcal, gin, champagne, and even Absinthe. Pretty much any type of alcohol you can think of, and then some is on the menu. Flavors range from classic to floral, herbal, fruity, and coffee.

Some of their most popular cocktails include the Sunday Service, made with Del Maguey Mezcal, Aperol, ginger, lemon, and cucumber, and the Coconut White Russian, which has Absolut Elyx Vodka, coconut, coffee liqueur, and hand-whipped cream float. Leaving Tijuana is another fan favorite shot made with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, lime, honey, and smoked salt.

Ambiance

Enjoy your unique beverages in an equally unique space. The low-lit lounge actually looks like an old-fashioned library and study, complete with bookshelves and a roaring fireplace. The dark wood, leather chairs, and velvet couches feel luxurious yet comfortable.
