5 Vegas Restaurants Opening in Summer 2023

If you will be in Vegas this summer, at least ten new bars and restaurants await you. The eateries vary from multimillion-dollar steakhouses to food halls with top celebrity chefs. They cater to your wildest culinary tastes, making your tour of Sin City memorable. 

Here are the five most anticipated Vegas restaurants opening in Summer 2023.

1. Liquid Diet

Do you remember when chilling or drinking at a bar was a casual affair? Bring back this feeling with friends at Liquid Diet, a new cocktail bar opening in Downtown Las Vegas in July 2023. Bret Pfister and Patrick Mannion built the bar from scratch from a rundown garage. It features moody lighting, minimalistic decor, and a choice of drinks that exude the vibes of a witchy teen’s basement house party. 

2. Fine Company

This July, Chef Ellemar of the famous Harvest by Roy Ellamar at the Bellagio shall open Fine Company in partnership with Lev Restaurant Group of Las Vegas. It is an 80-seat restaurant off the Strip serving Hawaii-inspired signature brunch, lunch, and dinner menus based on the chef’s upbringing and extensive travels. Expect custom grinds, including your favorite Banana Bread, Le Roy Burger, short ribs, crisp-tender pork, fried chicken, and brisket. The chef opts for light wood furnishings for a home-away-from-home ambiance. 

3. Eat Your Heart Out Food Hall

The Durango Casino and Resort is a new gambling spot about to open in Las Vegas. It includes a 25,000-square-foot modern food hall called the Eat Your Heart Out Food Hall. It will open in late 2023, with three pioneer Durango restaurants and lounges with ample restaurant stalls for other eateries. Already other food brands like Vesta Coffee Roasters, Prince Street Pizza, Yu Or Mi Sushi, and Vetri Cucina have confirmed opening new locations at the food hall. 

4. Flavortown Sports Kitchen

This summer,r Flavortown Sports Kitchen shall be the third restaurant to be opened by the famous chef Guy Fieri. The 6,540-square-foot sports bar is strategically placed inside the newly rebranded Horseshoe Las Vegas Resort. It shall serve American cuisine, and its focal point will be a 360-degree island bar with eye-catching liquor displays and 24/7 LED screen entertainment. 

5. Ocean Prime

Ocean Prime is a $20 million steakhouse opening on the Strip this June. The steakhouse shall be on the 2,500-square-foot rooftop of the Project 63 complex at the Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue intersection. As the anchor restaurant on the complex, the steakhouse will comprise three bars, three private dining areas, and a terrace. Here, guests will enjoy a variety of steak and seafood accompanied by signature drinks and cocktails.
