2. Gondola Italian Restaurant

We failed to notice the opening of the Gondola Italian Restaurant at Buffalo Drive, but its patrons praise the dishes at the establishment. The restaurant is run by Miguel Rivera, chef of the old Il Mulino in the Forum Shops at Caesars, and is owned by his family.
Gondola Italian restaurant mainly serves Italian and Italian-American cuisine, such as pasta, fish, chicken, and meat dishes, and desserts for lunch and dinner.
3. Bar Ginza

If you need a place to just chill, and enjoy your drinks at a Japanese-themed bar, then Bar Ginza will be the place to be. The bar has a pending business license with the City of Las Vegas. Once approved, you can enjoy all it has to offer in its new location at the southern end of the Arts District.
4. Salad and Go

Salad and Go, the famous fast food chain, has established two locations in Las Vegas. One of the locations is already operational since it was launched in January at 2323 S. Decatur Blvd. With the success of one location, the fast food chain is also launching another on May 20 at 7715 N. El Capitan Way in Centennial Hills.
5. Retro by Voltaggio

Wrapping up our top five eateries that are open in the city is the Retro by Voltaggio. The restaurant is under two “Top Chef” brothers, Bryan and Michael Voltaggio.
