On August 31, Ahern Luxury Boutique Hotel opened the Joel’s Chophouse restaurant off the Strip. The steakhouse has expertly trained staff catering to all your culinary requests in a warm and elegant ambiance. Try the hot or chilled seafood platter with your favorite champagne or butter sauce. Better still, proceed to the cocktail or wine bars for premium caviar and signature drinks. Also, there are specialty cocktails like Italian Espresso Martini, Midnight Spice, and smoked old-fashioned selections.

Two of its numerous signature dishes, KalbiJjim (braised short ribs with cheese) and Kalbi Tang (beef rib soup), are popular at its four locations in California. Now, you can sample these signature Korean cuisines as Daeho Kalbijjim & Beef Soup opens its Las Vegas location.

Kalbi Jjim is served with cold noodles and other chilled recipes. The Mool Kalbi shall be exclusively available at the Las Vegas location. Also, you can take advantage of the 50% discount on alcoholic beverages during the restaurant’s happy hour from 8:30 pm until closing.

ZAI Restaurant & Bar is a popular restaurant that opened on Fremont Street on March 31. The owner, Chef Noe, serves Latin-American, Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisines. Even better, the restaurant has an open-air rooftop bar where guests can enjoy craft cocktails as they gaze at the Las Vegas skyline. Reserve a table Mondays to Sundays from 5 pm to 11 pm or proceed to the rooftop nightclub that operates from Thursdays to Tuesdays between 10 pm and 2 am.

4. Stanton Social Prime Restaurant

Stanton Social Prime is the latest restaurant at Caesars Palace. Headed by Chef Chris Santos, the restaurant prepares Instagram-worthy dishes for your memorable Vegas experience. And its tableside theatrics, delectable desserts, and craft cocktails make this world-class buffet your ultimate Vegas dining destination.

5. Laguna Pool House & Kitchen
