It’s been a good year for foodies. Here are five Las Vegas restaurants opening this fall.
1. Villa Azur

We eagerly await the opening of Villa Azur, a newcomer in Sin City set to bring new experiences. The restaurant offers a combination of French and Miami vibes in a bespoke spot at the Venetian. The prestigious location is befitting of fine dining, and we anticipate more with the interior design and menu. The restaurant will be predominantly white, with all-white tables and decadent chandeliers for a modern aesthetic. Hopefully, the restaurant will open in November.
2. 138°

138° is a new restaurant at what was previously Served Global Dining, all by the same owner. We anticipate the new establishment will star in the food scene, with an exciting menu from head chef Mathew Meyer. The interior will feature different themes in a modern setting, with traditional accents such as a grand piano and a large central fire pit lounge. The specialty of this new restaurant will be dry-aged meats. Guests can see some of these meats, including duck, beef, and more, from the dry-aging display within the premises. This restaurant opens September.
3. Spiedini Fiamma

Las Vegas already has many Italian restaurants charming the residents with authentic cuisine. Spiedini Fiamma will soon be a new addition to the list, set to open in early October. It takes over the space at the old Spiedini Ristorante in a full rebrand, including a better menu, a new chef, and more. The design is exciting, with a fire pit seating area, open kitchen, and an impressive outdoor patio experience.
4. The Parlour

Fall 2022 will see the debut of The Parlour, a sophisticated breakfast restaurant coming to Las Vegas. The restaurant opens in Downtown Las Vegas with a comprehensive breakfast menu. Some offerings will include Benedicts, freshly baked pastries, burritos, monkey bread and more. One of the unique features of this restaurant is a drive-thru option which is not so common in the downtown area. Foodies will soon have a new exciting breakfast spot once this restaurant opens.
5. Ramsay’s Kitchen

Chef Gordon Ramsay understands the needs of the Las Vegas food scene as he owns multiple eateries in the city. This fall, he brings Ramsay’s Kitchen to Harrah’s. Chef Ramsay has a proven track record in curating menus and offering delicious dishes, so we have high expectations of the new addition. Seafood lovers can have a personalized experience dining from the seafood counter that will bring all the difference when partaking in seafood from this restaurant.
