5 Las Vegas Restaurants Opening in 2023

Las Vegas is known for its world-class restaurants. In 2023, the city will be introducing new dining experiences to tantalize the tastebuds. Here are five of the anticipated newest additions to look out for:

1. Unnamed Restaurant by Alon Shaya

The Wynn

Chef Alon Shaya will open a new restaurant at the Wynn this year. Currently, the details of the restaurant are scanty, but if any of his other establishments in Denver and New Orleans are anything to go by, there are high expectations for the new one. The restaurant occupies a space that was formerly a nightclub with views of the tall casino at the Wynn. Interested guests should expect modern Mediterranean dishes.

2. Carousel Bar

Carousel Bar

A new exciting bar comes to Las Vegas in March. The Carousel Bar is set to open at the Plaza, offering residents and guests a fun place for cocktails and other drinks. It’s an outdoor bar. It will be a great place to hang out during summer when the weather is beautiful. Swinging carousel horses are some of the highlights of the bar, which will hopefully have a drink menu to match all the other amazing things about this bar.

3. Chicken N Pickle

Chicken N Pickle

Another place to look out for is Chicken N Pickle, set to open in Henderson this year. It will be a fun place for the whole family because it includes pickleball courts and a dog park catering to dog lovers.  It also has a restaurant that brings all-American classics like juicy burgers, wings, perfectly roasted chicken over a wood fire, and more. This restaurant will open later in the year, and the exact location is St. Rose and Maryland Parkways.

4. Peter Luger Steak House

Peter Luger

Steak lovers can now look forward to the opening of Peter Luger, a steakhouse set to open at Caesars Palace sometime this year. The steakhouse is originally from New York. It will make its debut in Las Vegas, sharing the rich history and authentic flavors it is known for. The original outlet dated back to the late 1800s and contributed significantly to what modern steakhouses are currently; it served as a blueprint of sorts. Hopefully, the restaurant will live up to the hype.

5. Amari

Amari

Amariwill specialize in Italian fare, and apart from the restaurant will also include a market where patrons can shop for wine and other goodies to go. Details of the menu are still a mystery, but pizza and pasta specials are some of the guaranteed offerings here. Chef Nicole Brisson and Jason Rocheleau are the brains behind this new gem that will bring some fun and fantastic food off the Strip.
