1. A New Day by Celine Dion
Celine Dion is one of the most iconic singers, charming people worldwide with her talent. Unsurprisingly, she’s number one on the list of profitable residencies, as excited fans showed up in large numbers each time for her performances. During her residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, she earned more than $350 million over four years. A New Day debuted in 2003 and came to an end in 2007.
2. Celine by Celine Dion
After the massive success of her first residency, Celine Dion came back with “Celine,” another residency contract at the same venue. It was already a tested and proven concept, and the show did not disappoint, attracting enthusiastic Celine Dion fans with each show. The earnings from this residency were about $296 million from 2011 to 2019.
3. The Red Piano by Elton John
Elton John is a legendary artist and is quite popular in Las Vegas. Like Celine Dion, he had a successful and highly profitable residency at Caesar’s palace, earning more than $165 million from the Red Piano between 2011 and 2018. The shows featured detailed and over-the-top productions, with spectacular performances that you would never see on tours.
4. Piece of Me by Britney Spears
Britney Spears got her first residency in Las Vegas in 2013, with her show dubbed “Piece of Me.” Initially, this was supposed to run for two years, but after the impressive reception from fans of her first few shows, this was quickly adjusted, adding two more years. The show was a hit during the entire period from 2013 to 2017, earning approximately $135 million. During the course of the show, Britney made changes making it even better with improved choreography, new singles and more.
5. The Million Dollar Piano by Sir Elton John
Elton John continued to wow his audience with the Million Dollar Piano at Caesars Palace. The show ran from 2011 to 2018. His talent is undebatable, performing with “Blossom,” the unique piano behind which the master himself made amazing music. During this period, there were many sold-out concerts, and residents and visitors from various parts of the world showed up in large numbers for the special shows.
