Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar has officially opened its doors, positioning itself as a sophisticated escape from the typical Strip experience—and it delivers on that promise with style to spare.
Located just steps from the poker room inside The Venetian Resort’s Grand Canal Shoppes, this intimate 1,500-square-foot venue strikes the perfect balance between opulence and comfort. At its heart stands a stunning wrap-around counter bar encircling a towering cherry blossom tree—an Instagram-worthy centerpiece if I’ve ever seen one. (If a cocktail isn’t photographed under this tree, did it even happen?
The black-and-gold décor creates a vibrant backdrop for the plush velvet seating, offering a range of options from highboy tables to comfortable sofas.
During the preview event, Vegas-born violinist Brandon Summers provided the soundtrack while magician Seth Grabel dazzled guests with impressive card tricks. Because what’s a Vegas soirée without a bit of wonder and awe?
But the real magic was happening in our glasses. We sipped flutes of Mumm champagne—a legendary offering dating back to 1827 and known for its fruit-driven flavors, crisp freshness, and light bubbles. (Translation: pure elegance in a glass.) A special champagne cake celebrated the venue’s debut, while gourmet tapas, including caviar blinis, chicken skewers, and charcuterie, complemented the exquisite drink selection.
The cocktail program shines with creative offerings like the Garden Party Spritz (Pinot Gris, vodka, creme de fleur, peach, and fresh lemon juice) and the bold Sweet Redemption (mezcal, rosé vermouth, and amaro). (I can neither confirm nor deny that I considered ordering one of each for “research.”) And for those seeking the pinnacle of luxury, Louis XIII cognac is available in half-ounce pours—a rare and extraordinary experience for true connoisseurs.
With space for up to 72 guests, Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar is ideal for everything from intimate date nights to business meetings or full buy-out events.
