Blake Shelton Has a New Bar in Las Vegas

Blake Shelton needs no introduction. You can hear him on the radio and eat at his Ole Red restaurants in  Tennessee, Florida, Tishomingo, Oklahoma…. and Las Vegas, Nevada. Being drawn to the City of Lights, Shelton always felt Las Vegas needed more southern charm. As a firm believer in the mantra, “If you want something done well, do it yourself,” he put himself on the task of building a bar that would serve as a temple to country music.

The Ole Red Bar

Ole Red Bar, located next to Horseshoe Las Vegas, opened in January 2024. The bar covers 27,000 square feet and has four levels. Due to its huge proportions, it can cram up to 1000 people and provide enough room for dancing. The new bar is about something other than size, though,  as it can provide stunning city views from Mandalay Bay at the south end of the Strip to the Mirage at the north end.

Ole Red Las Vegas

Shelton reckons that the Las Vegas Ole Red is the largest of all the locations, and it has many fun elements that make it unique even in its Las Vegas Strip landscape. Ole Red adapts a rustic touch that can be seen from a 4,500-pound ceiling-mounted tractor and the bar’s overall vibe.

Live Music and Food

Highlighting the commitment to bring country music to Las Vegas, Shelton has been bulking up a roster of musical performances to grace the stage. Expect acoustic solo artists in the daytime, bands in the evening, and even DJs performing after dark.

Music is far from the only entertainment option, as the bar also features a 38-foot-tall LED screen for projecting images to complement shows that can also be divided into smaller screens for broadcasting sports. While the stage is on the first level, the second and third stories overlook the stage, providing a good view of the performers. The two stories also have balconies, which give customers a panoramic view of Las Vegas.

The fourth floor is all about providing VIP access on the rooftop and has a semi-private cabana and lounge seating reserved with table minimums.

The rooftop is home to regular dining during the day and transforms into a bar at night. The menu at the restaurant will include 17 dishes exclusive to the Las Vegas location.
