It’s time to explore the delicious flavors of local ales and ciders in Vegas.

1. Hop Nuts Brewing

Hop Nuts Brewing is the original Arts District brewery.

You’ll find 20 beers on tap, 15 of which are brewed in Downtown Las Vegas. The other five offerings are reserved for guest beers. Try out the one-off and seasonal brews currently on tap. There’s the Main Squeeze, a blood Orange Hefeweizen. Or you might like All the Berries, a sour ale with blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and strawberries.

Don’t miss the seasonal guest brews, including the Ace Apple Cider and the Crooked Stave Sour Rose, a sour ale aged in oak with raspberries and blueberries. 

2. CraftHaus Brewery

Best ale: Silver State

CraftHaus Brewery is known for its home-brewed beers, which can be sampled in its open, airy environment. In addition to its complete list of seasonal ales, it also carries ciders from Mojave Brewing and Ace.

Dive into Crafthaus Brewery’s vast beer menu for pilsners, blonde and pale ales, and more. Sample sour and fruit beers like All the Peaches and Reign In Berries. Enjoy Brick Haus, an American amber ale. Or tuck into a Belgard, a one-of-a-kind coffee stout. 

Crafthaus is a working brewery, and you can watch the fermentation process from the large viewing window.

Las Vegas Brewing Company is a downtown brewery with a huge menu of beers and ciders. Check out the Flyin’ Hawaiian cider to get in on the cider craze. 

Sample Penny O’Reilly’s Irish Red Ale, Chantilly Vanilla Cream Ale, Electric Blonde, and Retro Glow Hazy. You can’t go wrong with any of the choices. Las Vegas Brewing Company has terrific happy hour specials that are constantly updated.
