Rose. Rabbit. Lie—once a premier dining and entertainment destination at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas—is making a limited-time comeback this month, bringing the magic back with a twist.
Starting on April 11 and over the next three enchanting weekends, The Chandelier bar—the resort’s glitzy and glamorous high-class lounge—will pay homage to the quirky, cabaret-style supper club with nostalgic bites, theatrical sips, and performers who might appear where you least expect them.
Culinary Whimsy Meets Cocktail Artistry
The epic return of Rose. Rabbit. Lie. is centered on the food and beverage menu. Offered only on The Chandelier’s Level 1.5, take a journey back to the good old days with items like the Caviar Tacos, decadent and delicious with every bite. For a dessert experience packed with sweet surprises, you can look forward to the Cookie Jar, which is designed to hit all your nostalgic buttons.
As far as the cocktails, options include the RRL Old Fashioned, a classic drink made intriguing with apple brandy and demerara sugar; the Whiskey Smash, a refreshing, citrusy, and seasonally playful drink; the American Beauty, made with coconut vodka and chai syrup; the Femme Fatale, a flirty and floral cocktail with a hint of strawberry rhubarb rose; and Through the Looking Glass, a smoky, tropical blend with chipotle heat.
Expect the Unexpected
While the food and drinks alone are worth the trip, it wouldn’t be Rose. Rabbit. Lie. without a little theatrical flair to make the night complete. Roaming performers will turn The Chandelier into a live, unscripted show with several musicians, dancers, and entertainers ready to surprise you at every turn.
