About the Butterfly Habitat at Springs Preserve in Las Vegas

The Butterfly Habitat is located at the Springs Preserve, three miles from Downtown Las Vegas. The 180-acre cultural and historical attraction run by the Las Vegas Valley District has breathtaking desert botanical gardens, nature walks, museums, and cultural and educational exhibits. Moreover, its botanical gardens revolve around an original water source.
A dedicated butterfly habitat exhibit is located in a lovely garden area where families and friends can visit, observe, and interact with butterflies and other pollinators in a controlled environment.
The Current Butterfly Habitat Exhibit
The Butterfly Habitat Exhibit is open to the public each Spring and Fall. This season, the attraction is open from April 6 through May 27, from 10 am to 3 pm, subject to favorable weather conditions.
Entry is included with your general admission ticket. Springs Preserve membership gives you a full year of access and early entry to the gardens and trails beginning at 9:30 am.
