Dry-Aged Bone-In Strip[/caption]
STK Steakhouse
Location: Level 3, Boulevard Tower
Favorite meal: 18 oz Dry-Aged Bone-In Strip
STK is a high-end steakhouse popular for its lively party atmosphere. The interior boasts modern decor, complemented by live music from an in-house DJ, creating the perfect mood for a relaxing night out. Guests’ favorite meal at STK is the perfectly cooked 18 oz Dry-Aged Bone-In Strip Steak. It's said to be aged for 30 days to ensure peak flavor. I’d love to try it. If I become even wealthier, I’d consider upgrading my choice to their Japanese A5 Wagyu.
Momofuku
Location: Level 2, Boulevard Tower
Favorite meal: 5 Spice Roasted Duck
Momofuku is a celebrity-owned Pan-Asian restaurant that blends Asian and American flavors. Chef David Chang recommends the 5 Spice Roasted Duck. It's a whole duck served with rice, bibb lettuce, crêpes, sliced cucumber, and assorted sauces. Doesn't it sound divine?

Grilled Double-cut Lamb Chops[/caption]
Zuma
Location: Level 3 Boulevard Tower
Favorite Meal: Zuma Special Sushi
I love sushi, so my adventure in Las Vegas wouldn't be complete without trying the best sushi in town. Tucked inside The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is Zuma, a luxurious Japanese restaurant famous for its exceptional sushi. I’d indulge in their Omakase tasting menu and savor fresh sashimi along with truffle-infused seafood.
Beauty & Essex
Location: Level 3
Favorite meal: Grilled Double Cut Lamb Chops
Beauty & Essex is a glamorous restaurant created by chef and restaurateur Chris Santos. Don’t be deceived by the pawn shop storefront; each dish and cocktail is an artistic masterpiece served in a speakeasy-like atmosphere. One of the unique features is the jewelry box room setup, where it would be ideal to have a group dinner with my friends. I’d order the Grilled Double Cut Lamb Chops. The rich, tender lamb chops are served with the velvety, buttery polenta and a sweet sauce that blends everything.

Favorite Indulgence: Esparragos Escabeche
Tucked away inside Jaleo, é by José Andrés is an intimate nine-seat restaurant helmed by the visionary chef José Andrés. The chef presents innovative Spanish cuisine in this small private room through an avant-garde tasting menu. If I could dine here, I would indulge in the Esparragos Escabeche. This fancy dish consists of crisp, fresh asparagus with Sasanian Royal Oseitra caviar, liquid nitrogen frozen egg yolk, and a cloud of escabeche air.
Red Plate

Red Plate is my top choice for Chinese cuisine with a sophisticated twist. The elegant restaurant offers authentic Cantonese dishes in an intimate setting. I'd love to try the sweet, flavorful Peking Duck with a homemade crepe.
