1. Sunset Park


Sunset Park is a place to check out, with 20 courts and four championship courts. The hours are from 6 am to 11 pm, with lights coming on at dusk. Seniors appreciate that the pickleball courts are free to use. If you wish, you can reserve a court for a small fee.

2. Durango Hills Park Pickleball Courts


Durango Hills Park Pickleball Courts is highly rated by senior players and has seven permanent courts. Five of the courts are available for open play. The two lower courts are often dedicated to competition games or challenges. 

The hours are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Don’t worry—the lights come on at dusk. Evening play is attractive for staying cool in the summer. Check the schedule, as the city runs leagues three nights a week.

3. Dundee Jones Park


Dundee Jones Park has two courts in Henderson. Seniors seeking nighttime coolness appreciate that the lights stay on automatically, making this an ideal court for late-night games.

There is no fee to play here. Local seniors note that the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming for beginners. Games are run as four-on-four off for busy times and two-on-two-off during quiet times.


4. Black Mountain Recreation Center 


Black Mountain Recreation Center in Henderson is highly rated by senior players, with six courts and 12 under construction. Hours are 6 am to 10 pm, and there is no fee. If you want an early morning game, players note that courts tend to get quite busy in the early hours.

5. Police Memorial Park


Police Memorial Park is a popular spot for senior picklers in North Vegas with four courts. Hours are 7 am to 11 pm, and the play area is always kept in great condition.

There is no fee to play at Police Memorial Park, and it’s easy for seniors to get on the courts.

6. West Flamingo Senior Center


Wet Flamingo Senior Center has two indoor pickleball courts and is a senior center appealing to active adults ages 50+. The lines on the courts are permanent, and portable nets are available. Membership is required to play on these courts.

The Center is open from 8:00 am -5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Pickleball classes are on Wednesdays between 10 and 2 pm for $7.50 per year.
