Orla by Michael Mina @ Mandalay Bay
Orla by Michael Mina at Mandalay Bay is a brainchild of the celebrated chef, restaurateur, and James Beard Award-winner Michael Mina. It debuted in January at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and blends Mediterranean and Greek flavors with the aromatic spices of the Middle East. Orla means “golden princess” in Greek, a nod to Chef Mina’s Egyptian heritage.
Brasserie B by Bobby Flay @ Caesars Palace

Brasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace just opened, too. It brings French-inspired favorites like traditional frites and unique raw bar selections.
Their signature menu dish, Lobster avec Frites, will contain lobster with lemon butter and roasted garlic. Another favorite is the Ribeye Piquant avec Frites, which includes sweet glaze chile butter and steak.
As for the lunch and brunch menu, they have a special take on popular dishes such as Eggs Royale, which is a variation of eggs benedict with lemon chive hollandaise and smoked salmon.
Gordon Ramsay Burger @ the Flamingo Las Vegas
The famed Gordon Ramsay is set to open his second burger joint this summer, It will occupy the space formerly occupied by Bird Bar at the Flamingo and have an open-air patio.
This is the seventh restaurant by Gordon Ramsay in Las Vegas. It's also the second in his Gordon Ramsay Burger concept franchise. You'll see the Farmhouse Burger, Hellfire Chicken Wings, and Hell’s Kitchen Burger on the menu.
Zaytinya at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

Jose Andres is a Michelin-starred chef and philanthropist set to open two new restaurants in Las Vegas. The first is a new location of his renowned Mediterranean restaurant, Zaytinya, at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. He’s also set to announce another opening at the Shops at Crystals.

NORMS in West Valley has been a staple in LA for seven decades, but now it's set to come to Las Vegas for the first time. The new location will be situated near Charleston and Decatur. The chain of restaurants is known for its iconic sign and Googie architecture. It specializes in classic diner staples like burgers, omelets, country-fried steak, and meatloaf.
