While many other restaurants dabble in serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner buffets, The Wicked Spoon Buffet at The Cosmopolitan only serves brunch with special offers during the holidays.

Their menu is available online, so you can scope out your meal. There are elevated choices like bone marrow, mushroom mapo tofu,  and blackened white fish, as well as hometown comforts like angry mac & cheese and carnitas tacos.

The buffets have a 90-minute limit to let you clear your plate.

All the food is chef-crafted in-house.
