Casa Calavera is a new modern, trendy Mexican restaurant and bar at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. It s a big open-air space with brightly colored murals and a cozy patio overlooking the hotel s pool. The ambiance matches the fun spin they re putting on traditional dishes and cocktails.
Enjoy different varieties of taquitos, quesadillas, tostadas, tacos and burritos. Try the guacamole trio of classic, chipotle bacon, and pomegranate jicama. Order a combination plate with enchiladas, tacos, rice, and beans if you're hungry for more. The Platos Grandes offer a choice of Chimichurri New York Strip Steak, Glazed Atlantic Salmon, or Fajitas.

You can t come here without trying a margarita. They make them with specialty flavors like pineapple, watermelon, habanero-lime, strawberry, and hibiscus.
Every Tuesday here is Taco Tuesday! Starting at 3 pm, guests can order select tacos for $3 to $5 and select drinks, like the house margarita, for only $7!
Enjoy Sunday Brunch here too, starting at 10 am. Start the morning or afternoon off right with some cocktails. Margaritas, Micheladas, Bottomless Mimosas and Bellinis, plus the Calavera Beer Tower are on the menu. You ll definitely need some food to follow the drinks. The regular menu is offered plus Acai Bowls, Chorizo & Eggs, Avocado Toast, and Corn Pancakes.
You don t have to come by for a full meal; enjoy Happy Hour Wednesday through Monday from 3 pm to 6 pm. Appetizers and select drinks are only $7!
