Are you an adrenaline junkie? If you are, then you should visit one of the popular ziplines in Las Vegas. Not only do they satisfy your adrenaline rush, but they also allow you to see Vegas from a new vantage point.
Today, I will give you the four most popular ziplines in Las Vegas.
#1. Slot Zilla Zipline
SlotZilla Zipline is a thrill seeker’s favorite attraction in Vegas. It has two options: you can fly seated from 7 stories or take the Super Hero Zoom, where you lay flat and fly from 11 stories high.
Among the sights that you’ll see while ziplining are;
- The Fremont Street Experience pedestrian mall
- The Main Street Stage at the Fremont Street Experience (Super Hero Zoom)
- The Four Queens Hotel & Casino
- The D Casino & Hotel
- Light shows on the Viva Vision screen
#2. LINQ Zipline
LINQ Zipline is actually the highest zip line in Las Vegas. It launches from 12 stories and travels 1,121 feet over Las Vegas Boulevard. Speeds can reach 35 miles an hour.
It’s the only zip line that covers the Strip. Riders must weigh at least 60 pounds but not more than 300. They must also be at least 3’4’’ tall but not taller than 6’3’’. Wear comfortable clothes. I suggest sneakers so your footwear is secure.
#3. Sky Jump
Sky Jump Zipline is at the STRAT Hotel, Casino, & SkyPod. It’s unique because it’s a purely vertical zipline experience. You don’t traverse a trail. Instead, you plummet 108 stories from the top of the hotel and fall 855 feet to the Las Vegas Strip.
It is one-of-a-kind but extremely intense. It’s terrifying for many people, myself included. The safety demonstration itself lasts for 35-45 minutes.
But don’t fret; the ride is inspected daily by certified ride engineers to ensure it’s always safe. It’s terrifying, yes. But it could be the most exhilarating thing that you ever do in your life.
#4. Haley’s Comet
Haley’s Comet is located in
AREA 15, which is itself an immersive attraction that features interactive galleries, VR experiences, and many more.
It’s an indoor zipline with two parallel tracks. You and a partner can choose to race each other across the trail. It’ll be like traveling through a spaceship because of all the galaxy-themed decorations and neon lights.
You must be at least 4’5’’ tall but not taller than 6’4’’. You must also weigh at least 80 pounds but not more than 265. A very important thing to note is that it’s wheelchair-accessible.
