Experience Off-Strip Luxury at the Rouge Room

Rouge Room is the latest Las Vegas bar that mixes quality entertainment with food and drinks to bring a fun adventure for the evening. The new club was opened at the Red Rock resort in Summerlin recently, but it is already drawing a huge crowd from Thursday to the entire weekend. It's open from 5 pm to 2 am, seven days a week, and has a smart casual dress code.

The club joins the likes of newcomers Lotus of Siam and Naxos Tervana & Kalisto Oyster Bar at the Resort. Rouge Room entices its patrons with live music, luxurious views, and fresh cocktails to power the ravers all night.

You can enjoy the spread-out lounge seating, the thick drapery, and the live music from the stage that is smack dab in the middle of the club. The stage helps to bring a personalized music experience. A host of talented musicians change hands with the in-house DJ. There is also a baby piano on the stage that gives the club a unique musical experience.

Food and Drinks

Rouge Room has low-seating plush armchairs that may not be suitable for dining, but the bistro-style menu will keep you asking for more and get you full. The star dish at the restaurant combines caviar-topped brioche toasts, heaping fresh seafood platters, and a roving martini cart. However, you can also ask for truffle roast chicken, Dover sole with beurre blanc, full golden osetra caviar service, and wagyu double cheeseburger.

The seafood platter menu is one-of-a-kind in the city and features cocktail shrimp, brown butter-dressed king crab legs, lobster crudo, and raw oysters. Take your supper with some of the sweetest cocktails in the city.

Standard cocktails at the Rouge Room are Pamplemousse Mojito of rum and grapefruit, a vodka-lillet blanc sipper with cassis, ginger, and C'est La Vie. There are also classic cocktails like French 75s, Moscow Mules, and Kir Royales. If you are in the mood for a Martini, you can get one fully customized to your taste buds for only $20. The average price of a cocktail is just $15. The martini may contain vodka, gin, multiple garnishes, or more perfume-y tinctures like sage, jasmine, or key lime. For now, the herbaceous additions are not very popular.

Conclusion

Rouge Room is a new and exciting addition to the Las Vegas nightlife scene. The club offers a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere, a great selection of food and drinks, and a variety of entertainment options. If you're looking for a unique and memorable night out, Rouge Room is the place to go.
