Dig It! Coffee Co. is a local coffee shop with a mission to spread kindness and be inclusive. They focus on providing a positive work environment, job training, fair pay, and mentorship for adults with disabilities. Dig It! seeks to build a fair community inside of the shop and extend the same connection to others over locally roasted coffee.
Menu
This shop not only has a great story behind it, but the menu is full of yummy coffees, teas, pastries, and sandwiches.
Try specialty flavored lattes like vanilla bean, peanut butter cup, lavender, strawberry, caramel cinnamon dulce, and fluffer nutter. Magical Matcha comes in a variety of flavors too. Matcha lattes can be made in strawberry, lavender, vanilla, even peanut butter, or as lemonade. Coffee is also available as espresso, americano, flat white, cappuccino, cold brew, nitro cold brew, and drip coffee.
Hot cocoa and refreshing lemonades are on the menu too, for non-coffee drinkers. There’s original lemonade, gummy bear lemonade, Matcha lemonade, and Bath Water Lemonade, which is a pretty shade of blue raspberry with a rubber duck floating on top.
Breakfast, pastries, snacks, and vegan food options are available. Breakfast sammies, assorted charcuterie boards, veggies boards, cake pops, cookies, and beignets will fill you up!

Dig It! is open daily from 8 am to 4 pm. It’s located downtown in the Arts District at 1300 South Casino Center Blvd Unit 110, Las Vegas, NV 89104.
