The Mac & Cheese Grill Factory is a new restaurant in Henderson. They serve a wide variety of mac & cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches. They’re reinventing these classic staples that seem pretty simple by adding unique ingredients to create gourmet dishes.

If you’re a cheese lover, you should definitely give this place a try.

 

The Menu

The menu is full of delicious cheesy combinations. Share some Deep Fried Mac N’ Cheese Balls or the Loaded Baked Mac Potato stuffed with mac n’ cheese, scallions, and either a choice of bacon, Buffalo chicken, or steak.

The Grilled Cheese Sandwich Melts are made with any kind of protein you could want. Try the Steak Melt, Crispy Chicken Jalapeño Melt, Lobster Melt, Fried Chicken Tender Melt, Corned Beef Melt, Meatball Melt, and more! You can also order a side of crispy onion rings or crinkle-cut fries to accompany your sandwich.

 

The varieties of Mac N’ Cheese offered are extensive too. The menu features Bacon Mac N’ Cheese, Mac-Chorizo N’ Cheese, Shrimp & Lobster Mac N’ Cheese, Short Rib Mac N’ Cheese, plus Buffalo Chicken Mac N’ Cheese.  

 

The cheese doesn’t stop there. Other kinds of pasta on the menu include Tricolor Cheese Tortellini, Lobster Ravioli, homemade Spaghetti with Meatballs, Gnocchi, and Lasagna.

Hours & Location

The Mac & Grill Cheese Factory is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm. The restaurant is located at 1311 West Warm Springs Ave Suite 110 Henderson, NV 89014 in the Adobe Springs Plaza Shopping Center. It’s right across the street from the Sunset Station parking garage. 

 

If you can’t make it to the restaurant or like it so much that you can’t get enough, delivery is available through Grubhub, Uber Eats, and Doordash.
