Prime Steakhouse at The Bellagio is the perfect upscale restaurant for a special occasion. It sits right on the water overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Whether you sit inside or outside on the patio, you’ll have an incredible view.

 

Menu

Enjoy the finest steaks and seafood accompanied by decadent side dishes. Award-winning chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has created a divine menu. Appetizers fit for the table to share include Tuna Tartare, Crispy Salmon Sushi, Oysters on the Half Shell, Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, and Dungeness Crab Cakes. 

Choose from several cuts of steak for an entree. Filet Mignon, Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye, the New York Strip, and Wagyu Ribcap are excellent choices. The seafood entrees are just as enticing. Try creations like Corn Crusted Salmon, Seared Sea Bass, and Cold Water Lobster Tail. Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Roasted Double Lamb Chops, and Braised Beef Short Ribs are on the menu too.

Don’t forget the sides. Accompany your steak or seafood with these delicious side dishes that elevate your choice of protein. Choose from Summer Corn with Manchego cheese and jalepeño, Roasted Summer Squash with Parmesan crumble, Frizzled Onions, French Fries, Mac & Cheese, Truffle Mash, and Crispy Potatoes with Fresno Chile dressing. Don’t worry, you can always order more than one.

Hours & Location

Prime Steakhouse is located inside of the Bellagio. From the front entrance of the lobby, take a right past Hermes, and keep walking past Harry Winston. You’ll come to some escalators that you’ll take down to the restaurant.
