Chinitas Tapas & Sushi is a Mexican-Asian fusion restaurant that serves tacos, sushi rolls, short ribs, and other small dishes that can be shared with your table.

Chinitas is one of the newer restaurants on Water Street in Downtown Henderson. With a live DJ, shareable plates, and cocktails it s a great spot to meet up with friends.

Try creative dishes like Korean Short Rib Tacos, Shrimp Tempura Tacos with avocado mousse, Ahi Tuna Tostadas, Kimchi Chorizo Fried Rice, Salmon Ceviche, Wagyu Sliders, and Elote Ribs.

They also have a separate sushi menu that features staples like the California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Rainbow Roll. Venture to try more elaborate combinations like the Cucumber Wrapped Rainbow Naruto Roll or the crab and shrimp tempura Hoke Poke Roll.
