How Your Favorite Las Vegas Athletes Rank in Jersey Sales

Every fan loves a good jersey. Here's how the top Las Vegas athletes rank in jersey sales.

1. William Karlsson: Las Vegas Golden Knights

While none of the Las Vegas Golden Knights made the top ten in NHL merchandise sales, William Karlsson is the team's top jersey seller. It could be because he's one of several free agents who could be leaving soon.

The longtime Golden Knight's biggest problems are his age (31) and his $5.9 Million contract.

2. A'ja Wilson: Las Vegas Aces

A’ja Wilson is a future Hall of Famer, and her time with the Las Vegas Aces is proof of that. She has already helped the Aces to two championships and won MVP and Defensive Player of the Year. Wilson was also the fourth-highest jersey seller in the WNBA in 2023, lifting her star power even higher.

Of course, 2024 numbers will be dominated by Caitlin Clark, but Wilson remains steadfast in the top ten.

3. Maxx Crosby: Las Vegas Raiders

Maxx Crosby is a beloved member of the Las Vegas Raiders, so it's no surprise that he has the 46th-best-selling jersey in the NFL. Crosby has more than earned the honor after his performance on the field and his commitment to helping the Raiders get back on track.

Crosby finished his 2023 campaign with 90 combined tackles, 14.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles. These might not be the best numbers, but one has to remember that he is playing with one of the league's worst defenses.

4. Josh Jacobs: Las Vegas Raiders

Josh Jacobs was a member of the Las Vegas Raiders who never got the respect he deserved. He was constantly underutilized no matter what management he was under, and the front office kept tripping him up. A perfect example is when they decided to decline his fifth-year option and tried to stick him with a franchise tag.

Despite these problems, Jacobs was a fan favorite and led the league in rushing yards in 2022. None of this mattered to the front office, however, who lost Jacobs in a bidding war to the Giants. The Raiders let one of the most popular running backs in the league go without having any feasible replacement.

Jacobs had the 40th-best jersey sales coming into the 2023 season and might be able to go higher now that he's out of Las Vegas.

5. Davante Adams: Las Vegas Raiders

Davantae Adams is everything you could ask for in a tight end. His size and speed will leave you with whiplash. The man can do it all, including being the NFL's 21st-best player in jersey sales. His popularity most likely stems from his time with Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay, but it's nice to see it translate into Sin City.

Another significant factor in his jersey numbers is likely that he came to Las Vegas to reunite with Derek Carr in 2022. While that partnership never worked out, he remains the Raiders' most reliable receiver. He finished the 2023 season with 103 receptions, 1,143 yards, and eight touchdowns.

6.  Jimmy Garoppolo: Las Vegas Raiders

Who in the world is buying Jimmy Garoppolo jerseys? He ranked 15th in sales heading into the 2023 season, which shows how overrated he is. Las Vegas dropped $72.75 on him, hoping he would be the team's big solution. That fantasy never materialized, and Garoppolo was benched after seven games. He also suffered multiple injuries that kept him off the field.

He ultimately finished the season with 1,205 yards, seven touchdowns, nine interceptions, and 14 sacks. These are some of the worst numbers in the league. However, Garoppolo gets the last laugh. His merch sales were insane.
