According to
StubHub, the Las Vegas Aces are leading the league in ticket sales. In fact, sales are up 190% from this time last year when the team was hunting for its second title. This all comes as the Aces are searching for their third straight championship with a roster that is the envy of the WNBA.
While the Aces preseason did start with the dagger of losing Candace Parker, the interest around the team has been at an all-time high! Now, all they have to do is justify this level of attention with their third championship in three years.
#4 NFL executive rips Las Vegas Raiders for luxury draft pick

The Las Vegas Raiders turned heads last week after using their 13th overall pick on a tight end named Brock Bowers. What made the move so surprising is that Las Vegas has several other positions they need help with. These include quarterback, safety, and even other defensive pieces. Instead, the Raiders drafted Bowers only one year after drafting Michael Mayer. The move also comes while the Raiders have arguably one of the most inexperienced quarterback rooms in the entire league.
"I think they were stuck once Atlanta took (Michael) Penix, and they were like, 'Oh, crap, we might not get a quarterback to fall to us,' and they scrambled and took that kid," an anonymous executive told The Athletics' Mike Sando. "He is a good player but a luxury item. I don't like those kinds of picks unless you have everything else."

#2 Las Vegas Golden Knights get knocked out by Dallas Stars in game seven

Dallas Stars[/caption]
The
Las Vegas Golden Knights are out of the playoffs after a 2-1 loss in game seven against the Dallas Stars. Las Vegas struggled from the drop of the puck and gave up their first goal in the game's opening period. Brett Howden later scored the Golden Knights' lone goal but couldn't tie the game after Dallas scored again.
Adin Hill allowed two goals to pass him by in what has to be a career lowlight for him. The whole team deserves blame for this loss, however, after letting Dallas tie up the series in game four. The Golden Knights and the Stars then traded the next two games before the Stars took the series Sunday night. This means Las Vegas won't get a chance to defend their title or prove that 2023 wasn't just a fluke.

WrestleMania 41 is coming to Las Vegas for a two-night event at Allegiant Stadium in 2025. Minneapolis was initially pegged to be the WrestleMania host city, but that fell through at some point. This means that WrestleMania will return to Vegas for the first time in 31 years. That was when Brett Hart took on Yozuna in what is remembered as a very infamous main event. The finish saw Yokozuna's manager throw salt into Bret's eyes and Yokozun capitalize on a cheap pinfall victory.
"Las Vegas is the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World. Allegiant Stadium has proven to be even greater than the A+ venue Las Vegas guaranteed it would be,” said Nick Khan, WWE President. “We look forward to bringing WWE’s biggest event, WrestleMania, to Las Vegas and Allegiant Stadium so we can collectively make WrestleMania 41 on April 19 & 20, 2025, the most successful WWE event of all time."
