Scotch 80 Prime is your go-to steakhouse for delicious Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks, wood-fired grill prime cut steaks, and dry-aged steaks. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance comprising rich wood texture interiors dotted with pleasant fine art.
Book a table for two or a group with family and friends next to the gigantic statement window overlooking Flamingo Road and sample some delicious Bone-in Fillet Mignon, raw Steak Tartare, Kobe Beef, Scotch 80 Burger, or King Crab Oscar accompaniments.
2. Mabel's BBQ

When in the mood for a mouth-watering traditional southern barbeque, reserve a table at Mabel’s BBQ, next to Tonic Bar inside Palms Las Vegas. Chef Michael Symon, a former co-host of The Chew TV show, prepares brunch and dinner menu items. They comprise sweet and spicy glazed pork ribs, guava glazed half chicken, smash burger, loaded nachos, big chop salad, and veggies.

Tim Ho Wan’s kitchen of “Dim Sum Specialists” is next to the West Entrance inside Palms Las Vegas. The Michelin-starred restaurant opens at 10 am daily to serve delicious deep-fried shrimp toast, BBQ pork buns, steamed pork spare ribs, and steamed wagyu bundles. Chef Ray Kwong ships in fresh ingredients daily to make unique dishes.
4. Vetri Cucina

Vetri Cucina is an Italian restaurant serving light bites and drink specials on the 56th floor of the Ivory Tower overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Chef Marc Vetri prepares a six-course tasting menu comprising small plates of your favorite caviar, pasta, sweet onion crepe, roasted chicken, smoked goat, and chocolate tartufo.

You’ll find popular food chains like McDonald’s, Panda Express, The Coffee Bean, and Earl of Sandwich. It is your go-to place for classic Big Mac, chicken nuggets, Chinese-inspired dishes, delicious salads and sandwiches, and steaming coffee and tea. McDonald’s is open 24/7, The Coffee Bean operates from 6 am to 8 pm, and the other food chains open from 11 am.

La Popular is a modern Mexican restaurant with chic interiors and a vibrant atmosphere across from the Ghostbar & Ivory Tower elevators. It serves authentic Mexican cuisines, including delicious Northern Mexican Chipotle Bean Dips, tortilla soups, traditional caesar, tacos, enchiladas, and ribeye plates.
On weekends, there is an all-day breakfast comprising steaks and eggs, breakfast tacos, and chilaquiles verdes. There's live entertainment by an in-house DJ on Fridays and Saturdays.
