Takopa is owned by Go Hoashi, who owns Pokeman and Izakaya Go. Their menu features octopus balls, which is a typical dish in Japan. It is served with green onions, homemade dashi sauce, and spicy cod roes for less than $10. Guests can order a 16-piece or 4-piece sampler.
