From giving in to March Madness to partying like a pirate, here’s what to do in Las Vegas this weekend (Mar 24 – 26).
1. Give in to March Madness
March Madness is still raging, and this weekend is your chance to watch a game live in Las Vegas. T-Mobile Arena plays host to the Western Regional on Thursday and Saturday. Resale tickets start at $150.
If you can’t snag a seat, head to a local sports bar, and you’ll find plenty of fellow fans.

2. Dine like a celebrity
Stanton Social Prime is officially open. Celebrate the Chris Santos-helmed spot with a 64-ounce bone-in Super Tomahawk or branzino stuffed with caramelized saffron, leeks, and fennel. The menu borrows from the original Stanton Social in New York but still has its own flair.

3. Go back to when dinosaurs roamed

Jurassic Quest is the country’s biggest dinosaur party. The expo is full of life-size puppets and animatronics. You pose for a picture, speak to the dinosaur handlers, and even go for a ride! Your kiddos will have a blast.

4. Explore a foodie’s paradise

Foodieland is rolling into the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The three-day festival is styled like an Asian street market, with dozens of food trucks representing diverse cuisine. Can’t make it? They’re doing it all over again next weekend.
Tickets are $5 and only sold online. Festival food is a la carte.

5. Say “arrr!” like a pirate

Ahoy me matey! It’s time to grab the kids and head to North Las Vegas for Pirate Fest. Expect carnival games, wandering performers, and themed interactions. While the kids are busy, the adults can head to the beer garden. Remember to dress up!

When: Saturday – Sunday, 10 am – 7 pm. 7- 9 pm, 21+ on Saturday

6. Pig out on pizza
Forget about the eclectic eats at Foodieland; this festival is all about a classic. Eat as much pizza as you want for two hours at the Pizza Tailgate. The event benefits charity and will feature at least 20 pizza chefs.
Tickets are $45. No VIP.
