1. Try a new Italian restaurant
Foodies, it’s the debut weekend for Henderson’s Azzurra Cucina Italiana. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Alessandra Madeira, a known figure in Italian cooking. Azzurra is the perfect date night spot. Take a stroll through the Water Street district when you’re done.

2. Look at the Light of Love
Celebrate Valentine’s Day early with a leisurely walk through the Lights of Love, a three-acre botanical garden decked out with a half-million twinkling lights. The garden is part of the Ethel M Chocolate Factory, so you can grab some treats for your walk. There are official chocolate tastings if you’re feeling bougie.

3. Walk around First Friday
First Friday is a monthly artist walk and neighborhood party. Hit the streets and feel cultured as you browse through works from dozens of artists. At least 200 food trucks will be on hand too.

4. Watch a bikini contest
This is Vegas, so it’s always the right time for a bikini contest. Head to Circa’s Stadium Swim rooftop pool for Winter Swim Bikini Contest. 50 beautiful women will ignore the cold and battle for serious cash prizes.
