What Is SlotZilla?

Facebook

SlotZilla is a zipline hoisted by an 11-story slot machine-inspired structure decorated with video reels, oversized dice, a giant arm, a pink flamingo, two showgirls, and coins. 35-foot-tall showgirls flank the structure.

Where Is SlotZilla Located?

It’s located between Las Vegas Boulevard and Fourth Street at 425 Fremont St.

SlotZilla Rider Experiences – Two Lines

Riders can choose between the lower zip line and the upper Zoomline. The lower zip line provides a ride on a seated harness from seven stories up, 77 feet in the air. The ride moves over a distance of about half the length of the Fremont Street Experience, about 850 feet. The landing zone is between the Third Street Stage and the Casino Center.

The upper Zoomline is a Superman flying position launched from 11 stories, about 114 feet, and spans a distance of 1,700 feet – the size of Fremont Street Experience. The landing zone is located near the Golden Gate at the Main Street Stage.

When to Ride?

Facebook

The best time to ride is nighttime when the Fremont Street Experience is busy. Nighttime is ideal because you get to experience the Viva Vision light shows.

From 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. every hour, there is a light show featuring a six-minute concert playing videos and music from some of the best artists. Think Vegas residents Dj Tiesto and Steve Aoki, bands such as The Killers and Imagine Dragons, Linkin Park, and Green Day.

Restrictions on the SlotZilla Zip Line

SlotZilla riders have to be at least 50 pounds. This is because the ride is gravity-based, with a downward ride to the launch pad. However, Zoomline riders need to be at least 80 pounds. The maximum weight on both rides is 300 pounds. Riders younger than 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Hours of Operation

The SlotZilla Ziplines operate from noon to midnight from Sunday to Thursday and noon to 2 a.m. on Saturday and Friday.

Slot Zilla Zip Line Tickets

The tickets for the lower zip line are about $49. The Zoomline tickets go for $69. Tickets are available online or at the ticket office located at 425 Fremont St. It’s advisable to arrive 10 minutes early to have adequate boarding time.
