10 Things I want to Do in Las Vegas in 2023

2023 is here, and I can’t wait to see what unfolds. I have several bucket list items for the coming year, and among them is exploring Las Vegas more. Here are ten things I want to Do in Las Vegas in 2023:

1. Fremont Street Experience

The Vegas Experience

Much has been said about the Fremont experience; it is about time I fully explore it. It offers variety, including shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. Over the year, I would like to check off multiple locations within and around Fremont street, such as eating in Carson’s kitchen and more.

2. Helicopter Tour

Las Vegas Helicopter Tours

I am not thrilled by heights; it can get quite intimidating up in the sky. However, the Las Vegas Helicopter tours sound like a fantastic way to see the city from an aerial view. Multiple tour companies offer this service. The average duration is 12 to 15 minutes for a ride over the Strip. You can also choose a different package with up to 4 hours. The package includes various activities and flies over a larger area of the city beyond the Strip.

3. Concerts

Bruno Mars Concert

2023 is the year I intend to go all out, have fun and create memories. Concerts are a great way to achieve this, and one thing about Sin City, it hosts some of the best ones, bringing the biggest artists in the entertainment industry to various stages in the city. One of my favorites of all time is Bruno Mars, and he has shows set between the 25th and 28th of January at the Park Theatre. I also intend to attend one or more of Garth Brooks’s concerts, spread out over various months of the year at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

4. Visit the Las Vegas Sign

Welcome To Las Vegas

One of the simplest activities you can take part in is to visit the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign while in Vegas. The sign is a significant tourist attraction, and I would like to visit and take pictures there for memories.

5. Shopping

Fashion Show Mall

Retail therapy is one activity that makes many people forget their woes. Las Vegas offers a magnificent shopping experience, from high-end stores to other smaller hidden gems from which you can find beautiful items. I have never fully explored the Fashion show mall or the Grand Canal Shoppes, and 2023 is the year for this. With so many shopping options, I intend to shop for myself and my loved ones across different seasons while looking out for the best deals in the city.

6. The Bellagio Fountains

Bellagio Fountains

Some people consider watching the shows at the Bellagio Fountains as overrated. For me, it is relaxing, and no matter how many times I watch it, I will always be amazed at the beauty of the display. I prefer to visit at night, as the lights make it more breathtaking. 2023, I will intentionally spend more time here, enjoy some alone time, and take more photos to add to my existing collection.

7. Try a New Cuisine

District One LV

As a picky eater, trying something completely new can sometimes be daunting. However, in 2023, I intend to explore other cuisines and food cultures in the city. My top pick is Vietnamese cuisine, and I have my eye on District One Kitchen and Bar, which has good reviews for Vietnamese and Asian fusion dishes.

8. America’s Got Talent

Performances at AGT

I want to watch superstars live on America’s Got Talent, and luckily, I can do this at the Luxor in Las Vegas. The show will have previous year’s winners and some of the best contestants on stage, and hopefully, I will see some of my favourites perform.

9. Get a Tattoo

Tattoo

There are many talented artists in Las Vegas under different categories. In 2023 getting a tattoo is on my list, and I would like a Las Vegas tattoo artist to make my dream come true. There are many famous tattoo shops in the city, such as Studio 21 Tattoo Gallery, Timeless Tattoo and others. Before the year ends, I will decide what to get and have it done from one of the locations.

10. Visit the Mob Museum

The Mob Museum is not your everyday museum. It’s rich in history, and guests can learn more about organized crime and its impact on the city from here. I intend to visit the museum to understand the hype and learn at the same time. The facility has many exhibits, making it a fantastic afternoon activity when you want a break from crazy parties.
